  When I arrived at the grave site, all of my family members were looking up and down the cemetery for my uncle's headstone. We took 2 hours to look for his headstone and it was his birthday and we wanted to lay him some flowers on it. This was a hard, sad process for my family. Then, Monday we called them and they went to search for it and they said it was covered in mud. But, when we looked on their website before they buried him, they said "we keep all headstones shiny and clean". They really have a funny way of showing that. Every time we come to the gravesite, we make sure to bring some wet wipes just so WE can clean it. They really need to do better because nobody can't rest in peace with a dirty headstone!!!!! Providence needs to do better!!! Thank yall for your time.

  I'M MAD BECAUSE MY MOM BIRTHDAY WAS AUGUST 27, 2016 I GOT BALLOONS PUT UP I WENT BACK A COUPLE MONTHS LATER AND THEY WERE STILL JUST HANGING DOWN WITH NO AIR IN THEM. TODAY I WENT JANUARY 28, 2017 BECAUSE IT MADE 3YRS SINCE MY MOM PASSED AND THEM SAME OLD BALLOONS WERE STILL HANGING UP THERE. MY MOM GRACE IS HIGH UP IN THE WALL SO WE CAN'T REACH IT TO TAKE THEM DOWN. TODAY WE MANAGED TO GET THE STOCK AND PULLED THEM DOWN. I'M VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE WORKERS AT PROVIDENCE CEMETERY. I WISH I COULD POST THE PICTURE.
